Macrova uygulamasını ("Hizmet") kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Lütfen dikkatli okuyun.
1. Hizmetin Tanımı
Macrova, kullanıcılarına beslenme takibi, antrenman kaydı, su tüketimi izleme, AI destekli koçluk ve fitness tarifleri sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Hizmet, Baran Bertan Öktem tarafından geliştirilmiş ve sunulmaktadır.
2. Hesap Oluşturma
- Macrova'yı kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir
- Verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olmasını sağlamalısınız
- Hesap güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz (şifre, cihaz erişimi)
- Hesabınızda yetkisiz kullanım fark ederseniz hemen bizi bilgilendirin
- 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılar Macrova'yı kullanamaz
3. Kullanıcı Davranışları
Macrova'yı kullanırken şunları yapmamalısınız:
- Yasalara aykırı, zararlı veya rahatsız edici içerik paylaşmak
- Başka kullanıcıların hesaplarına erişmeye çalışmak
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, kopyalama veya değiştirme
- Otomatik scriptler veya botlar kullanmak
- Sahte kimlik veya bilgi paylaşmak
- Hizmetin altyapısını veya güvenliğini tehdit etmek
4. Tıbbi Sorumluluk Reddi
ÖNEMLİ: Macrova bir tıbbi cihaz veya sağlık hizmeti değildir.
- Uygulama tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi sunmaz
- AI koçun önerileri profesyonel sağlık hizmeti sağlayıcısının yerini almaz
- AI yemek tahminleri yaklaşık değerlerdir, kesin sonuç vermez
- AI form analizleri bilgilendirme amaçlıdır, antrenör tavsiyesi değildir
- Sağlık koşullarınız için her zaman bir doktor, diyetisyen veya antrenöre danışın
- Yeme bozukluğu, kalp rahatsızlığı, diyabet veya başka tıbbi durumunuz varsa uygulamayı kullanmadan önce sağlık uzmanınıza danışın
5. AI Destekli Özellikler
- AI koç, foto tanıma ve form kontrolü yapay zeka tarafından üretilir
- AI hatalar yapabilir, üretilen içerikler garanti edilmez
- Önemli kararlar almadan önce sonuçları doğrulayın
- AI önerileri kişisel deneyim ve sağlık koşullarınıza göre değişebilir
- AI özellikleri Anthropic Claude AI altyapısı kullanır
6. Abonelik ve Ödemeler
6.1 Macrova Pro
Macrova Pro premium aboneliği şu özellikleri sunar:
- Sınırsız AI koç sohbeti
- Sınırsız AI yemek tanıma
- AI form kontrolü
- Adaptif TDEE önerileri
- Reklamsız deneyim
6.2 Fiyatlandırma
- Aylık: 99 TL/ay
- Yıllık: 799 TL/yıl (ayda ~67 TL)
- Tüm yeni kullanıcılara 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunulur
- Fiyatlar Türkiye için geçerlidir, diğer ülkelerde Apple/Google tarafından dönüştürülür
6.3 Otomatik Yenileme
Abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir:
- Ücretsiz deneme bittikten sonra otomatik olarak ödeme alınır
- Mevcut dönem bittikten 24 saat önce yenileme gerçekleşir
- İptal etmek için süre dolmadan en az 24 saat önce iptal etmelisiniz
6.4 İptal
- Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz
- iOS: Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler → Macrova → İptal Et
- Android: Google Play → Hesap → Abonelikler → Macrova → İptal Et
- İptal mevcut dönem sonunda geçerli olur; mevcut dönemde Pro özelliklerini kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz
- Kısmi geri ödeme yapılmaz (App Store/Play Store kurallarına göre)
6.5 Geri Ödeme
Geri ödemeler Apple App Store ve Google Play kurallarına tabidir:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden talep edebilirsiniz
- Google: play.google.com adresinden talep edebilirsiniz
- Macrova doğrudan geri ödeme işlemi yapamaz
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
- Macrova adı, logosu, tasarımı ve kodu Baran Bertan Öktem'a aittir
- Uygulamayı kişisel kullanım için lisansladığınız bir telif hakkı söz konusudur
- Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, satamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız
- Kullanıcı tarafından girilen veriler (yemek kayıtları, antrenman vb.) kullanıcıya aittir
8. Hizmette Değişiklik
- Hizmeti istediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz
- Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden veya e-posta ile bildirilir
- Hizmet kesintilerinden sorumlu tutulamayız (sunucu bakım, internet kesintisi vb.)
9. Hesap Silme
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz:
- Uygulama içinden: Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil
- Tüm verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir, geri alınamaz
- Aktif aboneliğiniz varsa, abone olduğunuz dönem boyunca Pro erişimi devam eder
10. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Macrova
"olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde:
- Macrova, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez
- Uygulamadaki bilgilerin kesinliğini garanti etmez
- Uygulamadan kaynaklanan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz (sağlık sonuçları, kilo kaybı/alımı, antrenman yaralanmaları vb.)
- Toplam sorumluluk, son 12 ay içinde ödediğiniz abonelik tutarıyla sınırlıdır
11. Hesabınızın Askıya Alınması
Aşağıdaki durumlarda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz:
- Bu koşulları ihlal ederseniz
- Sahte bilgi paylaşırsanız
- Diğer kullanıcılara veya hizmete zarar verirseniz
- Yasalara aykırı kullanım tespit edilirse
12. Geçerli Hukuk
Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar İstanbul Mahkemeleri'nde çözülecektir.
13. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden bildirilecek ve devam eden kullanım, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelecektir.

By using the Macrova application ("Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
1. Service Description
Macrova is a mobile application offering nutrition tracking, workout logging, water intake monitoring, AI-powered coaching, and fitness recipes. The Service is developed and provided by Baran Bertan Öktem.
2. Account Creation
- You need to create an account to use Macrova
- You must ensure the information you provide is accurate and current
- You are responsible for account security (password, device access)
- Notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized access
- Users under 13 years of age may not use Macrova
3. User Conduct
While using Macrova, you must not:
- Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the application
- Use automated scripts or bots
- Share false identity or information
- Threaten the infrastructure or security of the Service
4. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Macrova is NOT a medical device or healthcare service.
- The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- AI coach suggestions do not replace professional healthcare providers
- AI food estimates are approximate, not exact
- AI form analyses are for informational purposes, not trainer advice
- Always consult a doctor, dietitian, or trainer for your health conditions
- If you have an eating disorder, heart condition, diabetes, or other medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using
5. AI-Powered Features
- AI coach, photo recognition, and form check are generated by artificial intelligence
- AI may make errors; generated content is not guaranteed
- Verify results before making important decisions
- AI recommendations may vary based on personal experience and health conditions
- AI features use Anthropic Claude AI infrastructure
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Macrova Pro
Macrova Pro premium subscription offers:
- Unlimited AI coach chat
- Unlimited AI food recognition
- AI form check
- Adaptive TDEE suggestions
- Ad-free experience
6.2 Pricing
- Monthly: 99 TL/month
- Yearly: 799 TL/year (~67 TL/month)
- All new users receive a 7-day free trial
- Prices valid for Turkey; converted by Apple/Google for other countries
6.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscription auto-renews:
- Payment is automatically charged after the free trial ends
- Renewal occurs 24 hours before the current period ends
- To cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before the period ends
6.4 Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Macrova → Cancel
- Android: Google Play → Account → Subscriptions → Macrova → Cancel
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you continue using Pro features during the remaining time
- No partial refunds (per App Store/Play Store policies)
6.5 Refunds
Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play policies:
- Apple: Request via reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Request via play.google.com
- Macrova cannot directly process refunds
7. Intellectual Property
- The Macrova name, logo, design, and code belong to Baran Bertan Öktem
- You have a license to use the app for personal use
- You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the application
- Data entered by users (food logs, workouts, etc.) belongs to the user
8. Service Changes
- We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time
- Significant changes will be notified via in-app or email
- We are not liable for service interruptions (server maintenance, internet outages, etc.)
9. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time:
- In-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- All your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- If you have an active subscription, Pro access continues for the subscribed period
10. Limitation of Liability
Macrova is provided
"as is". To the extent permitted by law:
- Macrova does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of information in the app
- We are not liable for indirect damages from app use (health outcomes, weight changes, workout injuries, etc.)
- Total liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the last 12 months
11. Account Suspension
We may suspend or close your account if:
- You violate these terms
- You share false information
- You harm other users or the service
- Illegal usage is detected
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul Courts.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified in-app, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
