Macrova ("uygulama", "biz") gizliliğinize değer veriyor. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar. Bu politika KVKK (Türkiye), GDPR (Avrupa Birliği) ve Apple App Store kurallarına uygundur.
1. Biz Kimiz?

2. Hangi Verileri Topluyoruz?
2.1 Hesap Bilgileri
- Ad ve soyad
- E-posta adresi
- Şifre (bcrypt ile şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır, düz metin tutulmaz)
2.2 Sağlık ve Fitness Verileri
- Yaş, cinsiyet, boy, kilo
- Günlük kalori ve makro tüketimi
- Kilo ölçümleri ve trend
- Su tüketimi
- Antrenman kayıtları (egzersizler, set, tekrar, ağırlık)
- Aktivite seviyesi ve hedefler
2.3 AI Destekli Özellikler İçin Veriler
- AI koç sohbet mesajları
- Yemek fotoğrafları (sadece anlık analiz için, saklanmaz)
- Egzersiz form kontrolü fotoğrafları (sadece anlık analiz için, saklanmaz)
2.4 Otomatik Toplanan Veriler
- Uygulama kullanım istatistikleri (anonim)
- Hata ve çökme raporları (kişisel bilgi içermez)
- Cihaz tipi ve işletim sistemi sürümü
3. Verilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz?
- Kişisel kalori ve makro hedeflerinizi hesaplamak
- Günlük takibinizi sunmak ve görselleştirmek
- Adaptif TDEE algoritmasıyla hedef önerileri üretmek
- AI koçun size kişisel öneriler sunması için
- Uygulama kalitesini geliştirmek
- Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek
4. Verileriniz Nerede Saklanıyor?
Verileriniz aşağıdaki güvenli sunucularda saklanır:
- Supabase (AB sunucuları) - kullanıcı verileri ve veritabanı
- Render.com (ABD/AB sunucuları) - API hizmeti
Bu sağlayıcılar, GDPR ve uluslararası veri koruma standartlarına uygun çalışır.
5. Üçüncü Taraflarla Paylaşım
Verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Aşağıdaki üçüncü taraflarla sınırlı paylaşım yapıyoruz:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) - AI koçluk özelliklerinin çalışması için sohbet ve görsel verileri anlık olarak iletilir. Anthropic, bu verileri model eğitimi için kullanmaz. (Anthropic Privacy Policy)
- Open Food Facts - Barkod taramada ürün bilgisi sorgulamak için, kişisel veri paylaşılmaz
- RevenueCat - Abonelik yönetimi için kullanıcı kimliği
- Apple ve Google - Ödeme işlemleri ve store yönetimi için
6. Görsel Verilerin İşlenmesi (Önemli)
AI yemek tanıma ve form kontrolü için çekilen fotoğraflar, sunucumuzda saklanmaz. Görsel:
- Anlık olarak Anthropic'in AI servisine analiz için iletilir
- Analiz tamamlanınca bellekten silinir
- Hiçbir veritabanına kaydedilmez
7. Haklarınız (KVKK & GDPR)
Şu haklara sahipsiniz:
- Erişim hakkı: Verilerinizin kopyasını talep edebilirsiniz
- Düzeltme hakkı: Yanlış verileri düzeltmemizi isteyebilirsiniz
- Silme hakkı: Uygulamadan "Hesabı Sil" ile tüm verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz
- İtiraz hakkı: Belirli işlemeye itiraz edebilirsiniz
- Veri taşınabilirliği: Verilerinizi farklı bir hizmete aktarmak isteyebilirsiniz

8. Veri Güvenliği
- Tüm bağlantılar HTTPS ile şifrelenmiştir
- Şifreler bcrypt algoritması ile güvenli olarak saklanır
- JWT token tabanlı kimlik doğrulama
- Supabase Row Level Security ile veritabanı koruması
- Düzenli güvenlik denetimleri
9. Çocukların Gizliliği
Macrova, 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız. 13 yaşın altında bir kullanıcının kayıt olduğunu fark edersek, hesap derhal silinir.
10. Tıbbi Sorumluluk Reddi
Macrova bir beslenme ve fitness takip uygulamasıdır. Tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi sunmaz. AI koçun önerileri profesyonel sağlık hizmeti sağlayıcısının yerini almaz. Sağlık koşullarınız için lütfen bir doktor veya diyetisyen ile görüşün.
11. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden bildirilir. Bu sayfanın en üstündeki "Son Güncelleme" tarihinden mevcut sürümü takip edebilirsiniz.

Macrova ("app", "we") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. This policy complies with KVKK (Turkey), GDPR (European Union), and Apple App Store guidelines.

2. What Data Do We Collect?
2.1 Account Information
- First and last name
- Email address
- Password (stored encrypted with bcrypt, never in plain text)
2.2 Health and Fitness Data
- Age, gender, height, weight
- Daily calorie and macronutrient intake
- Weight measurements and trends
- Water intake
- Workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weights)
- Activity level and goals
2.3 Data for AI-Powered Features
- AI coach chat messages
- Food photographs (only for instant analysis, not stored)
- Exercise form check photographs (only for instant analysis, not stored)
2.4 Automatically Collected Data
- App usage statistics (anonymous)
- Error and crash reports (no personal information)
- Device type and OS version
3. How We Use Your Data
- Calculate your personal calorie and macro goals
- Provide and visualize your daily tracking
- Generate goal suggestions via adaptive TDEE algorithm
- Allow AI coach to provide personalized recommendations
- Improve app quality
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Where Is Your Data Stored?
Your data is stored on the following secure servers:
- Supabase (EU servers) - user data and database
- Render.com (US/EU servers) - API service
These providers comply with GDPR and international data protection standards.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share limited data with these third parties:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) - Chat and visual data transmitted in real-time for AI coaching features. Anthropic does not use this data for model training. (Anthropic Privacy Policy)
- Open Food Facts - For product info on barcode scans, no personal data shared
- RevenueCat - User ID for subscription management
- Apple and Google - For payment processing and store management
6. Visual Data Processing (Important)
Photos taken for AI food recognition and form check are not stored on our servers. Images:
- Transmitted to Anthropic's AI service for instant analysis
- Deleted from memory after analysis is complete
- Not saved to any database
7. Your Rights (KVKK & GDPR)
You have the following rights:
- Right of access: Request a copy of your data
- Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: Permanently delete all your data via "Delete Account" in the app
- Right to object: Object to specific processing
- Data portability: Request transfer to another service

8. Data Security
- All connections encrypted with HTTPS
- Passwords securely stored with bcrypt algorithm
- JWT token-based authentication
- Database protection via Supabase Row Level Security
- Regular security audits
9. Children's Privacy
Macrova is not intended for users under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we discover a user under 13 has registered, the account will be immediately deleted.
10. Medical Disclaimer
Macrova is a nutrition and fitness tracking application. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI coach suggestions do not replace professional healthcare providers. Please consult a doctor or dietitian for your health conditions.
11. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be notified within the app. You can track the current version from the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
